ESCUDIX LTD is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) or any other financial regulator. We are not a bank, payment institution or electronic money institution. We do not hold or move customer funds, and we do not provide payment services.
Our clients, and the licensed banks, acquirers and payment providers they work with, carry out any regulated payment activities under their own authorisations. Each client is responsible for its own regulatory compliance.
